Feines, ovales Beistell-Tischchen im Louis-XVI-Stil, Frankreich, Mitte 19. Jh.

A small 19th century bronze-mounted marquetry side table of oval shape, with a breccia marble top in deep burgundy red and greyish white, surrounded by a 'Mille Raie' gallery above one frieze drawer with cube marquetry, joined by a conforming stretcher, on paterae headed square tapering legs. A small and beautiful table with a rich patina, it's clear and geometric ornamentation makes it suitable for modern as well as traditional interior.
