A gilt bronze-mounted kingwood and amaranth transition period commode with a moulded brèche d'alep marble top above three long drawers, each veneered à quatre faces and inlaid with geometric strapwork, with canted corners applied with gilt bronze mounts, with a shaped apron mounted with gilt bronze urn and acanthus leaves, on cabriole legs with gilt bronze sabots. Each drawer covered inside with rose colored fabric.
