Paar exquisite Rokoko-Eckkonsolen mit versilberter Platte, Norditalien/Venedig, um 1740

A pair of North Italian pale green carved corner console tables with a silvered top above a frieze carved with foliage rocaille and scrolls, on cabriole leg terminating in a scrolled foot. The warm yellowish green surface corresponds nicely with the colder silvered top. An extravagant design with the original surface decoration from 18th century, displaying age, character and a beautifully patinated surface.
